Andy Heiron joined Renault in 1988 as a graduate trainee and has stayed there ever since. After an initial spell in the head office he held a number of field-based positions culminating in the role of Regional Manager for the Southwest in 2000.

Since that time he has worked in a variety of roles in fleet, services and quality, marketing and sales. For the past 2 years he has been responsible for Renault's advertising in the UK and in September was given the job of heading up the Electric Vehicle programme.
