Mr. Chung has over 17 years experience in the gas & electricity business with roles ranging from plant maintenance & projects, retail operations, servicing key electricity accounts, marketing to business strategy & planning.

His current work focuses on sustainability initiatives such as energy efficiency & conservation, renewable energy, carbon management and currently, the strategic integration & promotion of electric vehicles in Hong Kong.

He has been involved in the design & deployment of Hong Kong’s first EV Charging network along with its strategic integration with Hong Kong’s biggest electronic payment system. He also sits on the EV Infrastructure Working Group set up by the Hong Kong Government.

Mr. Chung holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, Canada and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
